About The Role
As a Store Manager for our Dyson Demo Store in Istanbul Istinye Park, you will serve as a Company Brand Ambassador and a business leader, responsible for overall store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be on the sales floor, leading and supporting all activities to achieve store goals. This includes managing and coaching the store team, ensuring succession plans and internal growth.
Behind the scenes, you’ll oversee operations such as inventory and visual merchandising. Collaborating with the Stores Manager, you will monitor key metrics like traffic, demos, sales, and customer feedback, and report results with action recommendations. You'll support the Stores Manager to ensure all ideas and suggestions are considered. Recognizing and addressing performance needs is crucial. You will make decisions considering broader omnichannel implications, define and control KPIs, lead by example, and be present on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a Positive Culture by fostering a fun, engaging, and ambitious store culture.
- Establish and maintain communication strategies to ensure the team is fully informed about promotions, changes, current focuses, actions, and priorities.
- Ensure that the entire sales team complies with Dyson's procedures and training.
- Continuously update and support the team on product knowledge, demonstration, promotion of technologies, and any new product developments or updates.
- Define and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives through results analysis, monthly activity verification, and yearly assessments.
- Manage store inventory and visual merchandising, and analyse sales based on corporate reports, sharing stock information with the team.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset by developing solid customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service.
- Ensure the highest degree of retail execution daily, maintaining store image and product care in line with corporate standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to influence business development and drive the sharing of best practices.
- Adhere to the store-operating budget by controlling expenses, seeking efficiencies, reducing spend, and ensuring all invoices are paid on time.
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min 5 years of team/field management experience
- Multinational company experience is a plus
- Store management experience is a plus
- Minimum upper intermediate level of spoken and written English
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
