Job Description
- Serve as the primary contact for all projects within the Service Solutions / Technical and Commercial Team, ensuring projects adhere to Quality Gates from initiation to completion according to internal Project Management Guidelines.
- Lead the full project lifecycle -including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing- ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk-based thinking across the organization. Drive the evolution of Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) tools and methodologies, offering training and support to team members.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to improve KPI fulfillment and lead performance remediation initiatives.
- Conduct Value Stream Design & Improvement Workshops (VSDiA) with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes.
- Partner with customers to optimize processes and elevate business standards through continuous improvement and process design methodologies.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of quality initiatives across all operational areas through strong cross-functional collaboration. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Scorecard across all Operational Areas, aligned with OPM goals and key metrics.
- Maintain and update all quality-relevant documentation, including organizational charts.
- Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO, industry standards). Manage Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, focusing on root cause analysis and effective resolution.
- Undertake additional assigned tasks, such as serving as an Information Management System (IMS) Ambassador or a member of the Data Protection Management System (DPMS) Committee.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across various personalities, departments, and functions.
- Ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible in complex situations.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities under many conditions and restraints, demonstrating strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Highly organized, with effective problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a strong sense of timeliness.
- Strong conceptualization and planning skills.
