The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:
- Responsible for directing and controlling the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
- Controls production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line(s).
- Ensures compliance of standards.
- Collect manufacturing data, calculate and analyze manufacturing KPIs.
- Lead a team to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
- Collect manufacturing data, and develop, calculate and analyze manufacturing KPIs. Propose improvement action plans
- Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets.
- Analyze existing production processes and support the development of recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
- Support in technical product development by identifying potential specification for improvements.

- BS degree in Engineering;

- SAP– knowledge is an asset;
