What You Will Be Doing: Develop comprehensive app growth strategies and action plans to drive market expansion, revenue growth, app installs and profitability.Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple channels including PPC and affiliate marketing.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and customer data to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for optimization.Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive user growth.Analyze user funnels and behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and to drive continuous innovation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering sales, and customer support to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and user retention You’ll Be Great For This Role If: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience in the e-commerce sector is preferred.Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving results.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Adjust etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration across teams.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and exceeding performance targets.
