Scope of Work
- Handle national phase entry and validation of PCT applications in Turkey.
- Collaborate with international legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT).
- Provide local representation and expert insight into TURKPATENT procedural and documentation requirements.
- Offer guidance on timelines, formalities, and updates related to Turkish patent prosecution and filings.
- Participate in rate discussions and provide transparent pricing (hourly, task-based, or based on official fee structure, as applicable).
Selection Requirements
- Registered and authorized to act before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT).
- Legally permitted to file and prosecute patent applications on behalf of international clients in Turkey.
- Demonstrated experience with PCT national phase entries, direct filings, and Turkish patent validations.
- Firm must provide a company profile or brochure, website link, and a clear point of contact for coordination.
