Please be aware that related factory is in Kartal, Istanbul and will be moved to Dilovası, Kocaeli in 6 months.

We seek for '’ Oil Laboratory & Quality Specialist - Transformer Service” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Turkey, Transformer Service in Kartal/İstanbul location with below qualifications:

Your background

• University degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry.

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in laboratory process in transformer business.

• Knowledge in MS Office and DGA interpretation programs.

• Experience in transformer oil analysis and transformer service business.

• Team working, technically oriented, analytical, communicate effectively, customer oriented.

• Completed military service for male applicants.

• Ability to travel frequently.

• Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

How you’ll make an impact

• Performing Transformer oil analysis, dissolved gas analysis, furanic compound analysis and corrosive sulphur analysis according to the IEC standards.

• Technical support for field service team, customers and service sales team.

• Preparing analysis reports and submit to the related department.

• Need to coordinate with Field Service, Repair Workshop, PT & DTR Factories and respond to their enquiries regarding Transformer Oil Analysis & DGA. Being able to correlate and interpret Dissolved Gas (DGA) and oil analysis data with power & distribution transformers health condition and providing appropriate recommendations and report.

• Determining all kinds of material and consumable needs related to the oil laboratory and opening a request to the purchasing department.

• Coordinating and timely calibration and maintenance of all test devices used in the oil laboratory.

• Monitoring general Quality issues within the department and providing necessary guidance for the Quality Management System.

• Performing trainings for the oil analysis to customer at Hitachi Energy facilities.
