Your Role & Responsibilities
- Patient Consultation & Sales: Engage with patients, understand their needs, and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
- Treatment Explanation: Clearly communicate dental treatment plans prepared by our dentists to ensure patients fully understand their options.
- Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with our dental professionals to align on patient needs and recommend the best solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sales or patient-facing role, preferably in healthcare or dentistry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
- Fluency in Turkish and German or Russian (additional languages English, French, Arabic are an advantage).
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MedicaSimple for scheduling and patient management.
