What We Expect From You
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, or other related quantitative fields,
- Having knowledge of marketing and the ability to analyze customer behavior and insights; experienced and motivated in designing segmentation and portfolio actions and interpreting results,
- Bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in project management,
- Possessing advanced SQL knowledge,
- Being proficient in actively using MS Office applications,
- Having experience in data processing, analysis, and modeling with Python is a plus,
- Having a good command of English, both written and spoken,
- Being a good team player with strong coordination skills across teams, and adapting well to agile working models,
- Demonstrating initiative-taking ability,
- Communicating effectively and clearly,
- Having well-developed presentation skills,
How Can You Make an Impact?
- Supporting the data, analysis, and modeling needs of various departments related to Life/Pension insurance lines,
- Carrying out exploratory data analysis, data preparation, and data visualization steps,
- Building and optimizing models using machine learning algorithms for feature selection, regression, classification, and clustering,
- Taking actionable steps for the implementation of developed models,
- Conducting analyses to define, measure, and regularly monitor KPIs critical to customer management, highlighting significant changes and ensuring necessary actions are taken,
- Providing support and taking proactive actions for below-the-line (BTL) customer communications,
