What You’ll Ship:
- Develop processes aligned with MASAK, SPK, and other regulatory authorities to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Manage legal processes with internal and external stakeholders, analyze risks, and provide solutions.
- Revise company policies and procedures to enhance compliance and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with teams to provide legal support on product development, compliance, customer relations, and other areas.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experienced in corporate law, commercial law, capital markets law, and personal data protection law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience at legal firms or in-house legal teams.
- Knowledge of SPK regulations and compliance processes.
- Advanced experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced proficiency in English.

- Experience managing legal processes in fast-growing companies.
