What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
1.Audit Management:
- Coordinate and manage all IT audit activities, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors.
- Lead the preparation of required documentation and evidence for audits.
2.Audit Findings Follow-Up:
- Track and monitor audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
- Work with various IT teams to facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of audit findings and actions taken.
3.Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure IT policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Assist in the development and updating of IT governance frameworks.
- Conduct regular reviews of IT processes and controls to identify areas for improvement.
4.Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels regarding audit schedules, findings, and compliance issues.
- Lead discussions with auditors to address and, where appropriate, challenge audit findings.
5.Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver training programs related to IT governance and audit compliance.
- Promote awareness of audit and compliance requirements within the IT team.
Who you are
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance, with a strong focus on IT audit.
- In-depth understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the telecom industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecom sector.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent certification.
