Job Description
Students enrolled in University of Engineering, Business Administration, Department of Economics, International Relations, Public Relations can work minimum three days per week in our Bosch Bursa locations.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an Indirect Purchasing Smart Start.
Your contribution to something big:
- Assistant to the Demand Manager for Purchasing of Machine Components and Services
- Support for request for quotations from the suppliers
- Support for project creation, follow up and preparation of tenders
- Support for special projects and cost saving activities via directly contributing to result
- Support for preparation and execution of negotiations with the suppliers
- Support regarding communication with suppliers and internal business partners
- Support for Supplier information update via using digital tools
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year of Bachelor or Master student of Engineering, Business Administration, Department of Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or related fields.
- Fluency in English (Excellent command of written and spoken English).
- Able to work min 3 days in a week during school period.
- Able to work min 11 months during school period.
- Living in Bursa is a must.
- Strong coordination and high communication skills together with teamwork abilities.
- Highly social personality in interpersonal communication.
- Eager to learn, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives.
- Result orientation with problem solving, analytical & proactive approach.
- High level of attention to details.
- Good command of MS Office applications especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
