In line with growing organisation in Turkiye, we are looking for new teammate as "Inbound Logistics Specialist " who will be under Logistics Operations Department. Job Title: Inbound Logistics Specialist Job Purpose The Inbound Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all materials, components, and supplies required for production are delivered to the production lines on time, in full, and without delay or shortages. This role focuses solely on inbound logistics — from supplier delivery to production line feed — while outbound logistics is managed by a separate team. Key Responsibilities Inbound Operations & Line Feeding
- Ensure the timely delivery of all materials to production lines according to daily and weekly production schedules.
- Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to avoid delays or missing items.
- Inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure correct storage, staging, and sequencing of materials for efficient production flow.
- Work closely with purchasing, production planning, and warehouse teams to align inbound logistics with production needs.
- Coordinate with quality control to address any non-conformities before materials are issued to production.
- Identify opportunities to improve inbound logistics processes to minimize delays and optimize line-feeding efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote safe working practices in all material handling activities.
- Proven experience in inbound logistics or production line-feeding operations.
- Minimum B1 level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- High School Diploma required, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage
