Responsibilities:
Execute Human Resources practices in accordance with established procedures and personnel policies, under the direction of the Regional Human Resources Manager.
Conduct the delegated recruitment process in line with KLT procedures and provide necessary reporting.
Support the planning of necessary orientation after recruitment. Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with labor laws and KLT internal policies and procedures, under the direction of the Regional Human Resources Manager.
Support the fulfillment of KVKK requirements as directed by the Regional Human Resources Manager.
Assist the Regional Human Resources Manager in creating company training procedures and policies.
Support the preparation, tracking, and reporting of the annual training plan according to employees' training needs, together with relevant managers.
Support training evaluations, reporting, and training organizations arising from development plans.
Monitor talent management processes together with relevant managers, and support the Regional Human Resources Manager in promotion, transfer, and rotation processes according to career plans.
Support the execution of compensation/payroll activities in accordance with established procedures and standards, under the direction of the Regional Human Resources Manager.
Support the structuring and implementation of human resources local projects within the company.
Support the Regional Human Resources Manager in keeping all procedures, forms, and documents related to the Human Resources process up-to-date, and assist in audit processes.
Assist the Regional Human Resources Manager in planning and organizing necessary activities for special days of the company.
Support necessary organization and documentation processes together with the occupational health and safety specialist and workplace physician, in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331.
Contribute to the development of operational excellence culture.
Recognize procedures, instructions, and similar documents related to the scope of duties within ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, apply the requirements specified in these documents, and provide suggestions for improving procedures and practices, and participate in improvement efforts.
Work in accordance with worker health and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Human Resources)
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar position
Foreign Language: Upper-intermediate level English
Certificates/Licenses: Preferably a Class B driver's license
Information Technology:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferably familiar with Workday
Other Requirements:
