About the job
As an HR Business Partner for RHI Magnesita, you will be working closely with the department leaders and employees in our plant in Eskişehir to manage all HR related matters. As a single main point of contact you will be involved in all organizational, leadership, and HR related matters for the corresponding business areas. Your focus lies in rolling out the integration processes and framework for the relevant internal and external stakeholders in the most efficient way. You will be an active part of the entire employee life cycle and support the leaders and employees in all labor law topics.
In addition, your tasks will include
- Being responsible for recruitment processes
- Employee onboarding, termination, and records maintenance
- Coordinating the operational HR day-to-day business and processes
- Collaborating on global, regional, and local HR Projects
- Supporting the business by acting as the trusted advisor to the leaders and aligning HR strategy with organizational goals
- Compensation and benefits
- Checking month-end payroll statements

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. What we expect from you in terms of
Education
- Ideally a university degree, preferably Human Resources related
- Knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law is a must have
Languages
- English – Proficient/Fluent
- Turkish – Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language will be considered an asset
Work Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experienc
