Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior EE 3D Development Engineer to join our Ankara team. In this role you will lead the integration of improvement points and manage serial change activities requested after Start of Production (SOP). You will drive detailed concept design, 3D/2D routing studies, harness geometry design, change management processes, and mentor junior engineers.
- Lead and support detailed concept design and approval processes, participating in relevant internal committees
- Conduct variant studies for HV/LV 3D routings and prepare 2D technical drawings in CAD
- Design EE switchboards based on feedback from component owners
- Design harness geometry using EECAD tools and manage the harness change loop
- Prepare parts lists and modification documentation according to company standards
- Perform comparison checks between harness geometry and 3D routing data (Scheck)
- Manage harness change requests with suppliers and propose product cost-optimization ideas
- Implement deviations and document them for project vehicles
- Provide technical leadership and support for field and after-sales activities
- Track and update technical data of components and report progress to system engineers
- Drive release processes (FMEA, FHA, etc.) and maintain component documentation
- Offer improvement suggestions based on stakeholder feedback
- Oversee task tracking and status updates in JIRA/TEVIS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in EE 3D development, harness design, or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in CAD and EECAD tools for 3D/2D design
- Solid experience with technical documentation and parts list preparation
- Proven track record of managing change processes and release activities (FMEA, FHA)
- Familiarity with JIRA and TEVIS for project and task management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
