We are looking for a teammate who has the ability to work as a receptionist in our hotel located in Levent.
Detailed Description:
The candidate does not necessarily need to have much experience in the field.
What we need instead is the fresh mind of a responsible and smart person who is capable of learning and adapting to systems and software they might have never used before.
Even if the candidate does have some past knowledge and experience in the field, this knowledge and experience must not interfere with their potential for learning and adapting to new and different scenarios.
The candidate should be eager to learn and grow and try to always outwit his/her colleagues in a healthy working environment, not as a part of a competition but as an attempt to help the entire team grow.
Requirements and Bonuses:
- A University degree in Tourism Management and Hotel Management fields would be a huge plus, but not a must,
- Must speak Turkish semi-fluently just for the sake of communication,
- Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of other languages is also a huge plus,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required,
- The candidate must look professional and clean at all times and take care of his/her appearance and hygiene,
- Having proper communications skills, both written and verbal is also necessary,
- Being ready to go the extra mile to satisfy the guest,
- Taking responsibility for one's actions and words, both around the colleagues and guests,
- Being honest with one's actions and words
- The ability to work in shifts is also required,
- Attention to details,
- Being an efficient team player,
- And last but not least, NOT slacking!
