We are seeking a Medical Consultant fluent in French to support patients throughout their treatment journey. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional care and follow-up, helping patients feel confident and informed every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow up with French-speaking patients regularly before, during, and after their medical treatments
- Provide clear and accurate information about procedures, pricing, and travel logistics
- Assist patients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering emotional support
- Coordinate with doctors, coordinators, and sales teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Manage patient records and update information in the CRM system
- Identify patient needs and facilitate appropriate service recommendations
- Collect and report patient feedback to improve service quality and patient satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Native-level fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Good command of English or Turkish for internal communication
- Experience in patient support, healthcare, or medical tourism preferred
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple patient cases with professionalism and care
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital tools
