Job Description:
- Reporting periodic sales/operation information,
- Analyzing financial and operational results
- Preparing strategic plans of departments and revising them in case of changes in sector and economy,
- Prepare and analyze profitability and KPI reports.
- Coordinating the preparation of budget and financial forecasting and reporting any variances.
- Preparing and publishing all monthly and year-end financial statements.
- Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
- Overseeing the audit process and liaising with external personnel where required.
- Support the business with the financial strategy and decision-making processes
Qualifications;
- Graduated from Accounting, Statistics or relevant departments of universities,
- Good command of English,
- Excellent command of MS Excel,
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills; SAP, Power BI and VBA is an asset,
- Through knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. (IFRS, TFRS, local tax regulations)
- Ability to communicate effectively with C level management and business units,
- A hands-on mentality in the workplace,
- Developed oral and written communication skills,
- Experience in preparing and developing reports,
- Effective in problem solving and analytical thinking,
- Similar work experience for at least 3-4 years,
- Preferably a general knowledge about logistics sectors,
- Completed military service (if applicable).
