We're looking for a FairPlay Specialist who is passionate about data, insights, and creating impact through analytics. - Analyze behavioral and business data to ensure transparency, integrity, and fair usage within our partner network.
- Develop reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Create and maintain SQL queries to extract and validate data from large relational databases.
- Design and automate workflows using Python to improve data monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partner Management, Sales, and Product to define business rules and optimize operational efficiency.
- Utilize tools like Power BI to visualize trends and uncover patterns in partner activity.
- Support the development of our internal fraud detection and prevention strategies.
- Assist in ETL processes and data integration between systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Communicate key findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (preferably Computer Engineering, Software Engineering).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas.
- Proficiency in SQL (preferably MSSQL) and a solid understanding of relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Preferably experienced in Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts and ETL pipelines.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; a proactive problem-solver.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical teams in a clear and compelling way.
- Strong written English skills for reporting and documentation, and comfortable spoken English for daily communication in an international team.
