Description
We are looking for an Export Documentation Coordinator who will handle the following;
- Handling all shipping instructions in company’s system and reverting to customers within the predefined SLA.
- Handling all corrections and cancellations in documentation level.
- Preparing final bills of lading correctly, according the instructions received and according to the general company and local country rules and requirements.
- Freighting the bills of lading and preparing the manifest, closing the vessels in time.
- Handling all related internal and external e-mails and queries
- Resolving problems professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, maritime, business administration or in a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping or logistics.
- Minimum B2 Level in English language.
- Good computer skills
- Very good communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking, responsible team player with a can-do attitude, willing to work flexible hours and handle flexible workload.
- Having completed Military Service for male candidates.
