ABOUT THE TEAMThe Corporate Affairs Team at Trendyol drives impactful engagement through three key functions: Corporate Affairs, Corporate Development, and Corporate Communications. We build strong relationships with government stakeholders, advocate for commerce-friendly regulations, and amplify our influence within industry alliances. Our Corporate Communications efforts enhance brand perception through effective media management . Additionally, the Corporate Development team focuses on strategic partnerships and business restructuring.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Managing travel arrangements; including visas
- Extensive Diary Management – daily management of scheduling & rescheduling appointments/calls , communicating to attendees, flexible approach to changing schedules, ensuring appointments are met and correct facilities have been booked
- Prioritizing conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressureProcessing expense reports and payment of invoices
What We're Looking For
- Min.3 years of experience as department assistant in a fast-paced environmentF
- luent in English- comfortable in both written and oral communication
- Experienced in arranging logistics and travelHigh level of confidentiality, accuracy and discretion
- Superior organizational skills and planning abilityStrong Problem-solving skills, highly resourceful
- Strong follow-up skillsProactive and efficient in finding and implementing creative solutions to a variety of issues
- Ability to be very flexible and to re-prioritize
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while multitasking and maintaining a strong eye for details

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
