Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in Operational/Production Technologies
- Knowledgeable about automation, data integration and digitalization applications in production systems
- Knowledgeable about IoT, data analytics, artificial intelligence and automation (DCS, PLC) systems
- Experienced in project management, preferably with PMP certification
- Knowledgeable about ERP (SAP) systems, MES, MOM systems and integrations
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal communication skills, and a good team player
- Positive attitude, agile, ability to multi-task and act proactively and well self-motivated
Job Description
- Determining the digital needs of new technologies by considering KPIs, PPIs, sensor points and ensuring compliance with the Manufacturing Excellence Center and Information Technologies Function
- Evaluating the digital capabilities of new technologies and the high-level IT-OT structure of technology; Periodically monitoring and analyzing technologies to develop improvement areas regarding the digital aspects of technologies, ensuring that decisions taken regarding performance-oriented issues are made applicable
- Determining the requirements for technology digitalization projects in line with the problems and needs of R&TD operation units and supporting their execution
- Determining and monitoring strategies related to asset management
- Following the technology, methodology, good practice examples related to digital transformation in the world, determining possible development areas; Designing the engineering process transformations needed within the scope of digital transformation; Creating the company's digital transformation strategy and roadmap
- Initiating applicable digital technology pilot projects in the manufacturing field and reporting the results; Taking part in the coordination of digital transformation projects in the manufacturing field; Coordinating with technical teams to ensure that digital solutions are compatible with company goals
- Ensuring the integration of digital twin projects with production and other areas
- Fulfilling the directives and instructions of the unit manager within the framework of their duties and authorities
