About the job:We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team to be part of our new mobile game for iOS and Android platforms in a new niche for people from the Tier-1 region. You will play a key role in analyzing player behavior, game performance, and monetization strategies to drive data-informed decisions across product, design, and marketing teams.
In this role, you will
- Player Behavior Analysis: Monitor in-game user actions and journey funnels to uncover insights and player patterns
- Monetization & Retention: Analyze and optimize monetization models (IAP, ads) and retention KPIs
- Dashboard & Reporting: Build intuitive dashboards and regular reports to track key performance metrics for stakeholders
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and evaluate A/B tests for gameplay features, UI elements, and marketing strategies
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop predictive models for user lifetime value (LTV), churn, and engagement
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designer, product manager, and marketing to provide actionable insights
- Data Infrastructure Support: Partner with the data engineer to ensure data quality, pipelines, and storage are optimized.
It’s all about you
- 1-2 years of experience as a data analyst in mobile games, apps, or related digital products.
- Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and Excel.
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase, GameAnalytics, Adjust, or Amplitude)
- Ability to analyze large data sets and present findings clearly to non-technical teams
- Understanding of game economy, user acquisition, and live ops metrics
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and tools like R or Python is a plus
- Passion for games, interactive storytelling, and player-centered experiences
