Mergers & Acquisitions and Investor:
- Lead M&A Strategy: Oversee M&A activities, identifying potential targets and leading due diligence efforts to evaluate acquisition opportunities.
- Manage Investor Communications: Serve as a key point of contact for investors, preparing and presenting reports, updates, and performance summaries. Assist with investor outreach, funding rounds, and other capital-raising initiatives.
- Integration Planning (PMI): Ensure smooth integration of acquired companies or assets into the business, aligning strategies and operations.
Board Engagement:
- Content Development & Support: Prepare and organize content for board interactions, ensuring materials are clear and actionable.
- Ongoing Board Updates: Provide regular updates on the companys progress toward strategic goals, offering insights and recommendations.

- Preferably 5 - 8 years of consulting or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- Advanced use of PowerPoint and Excel
