Key accountabilities
- To follow outlet specific service standards.
- Have complete understanding of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
- Ensure all the specified mise-en-place is completed prior to service.Being open for growth and applying the directions given.
- Controlling the cleanliness and tidiness of stations before, during and after operation.
- Always controlling the cleanliness of the kitchen areas.
General requirements
- General knowledge of food technique.
- Familiar with kitchen equipment.
- Good hands-on approach.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone).
- Degree or Diploma in hotel management.
- High level understanding of culinary knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
