Alteryx Server connectivity and Alteryx Gallery health check , Monitoring workflows, RITM tickets , Change requests
Alteryx Server connectivity and Alteryx Gallery health check
• Daily Monitoring workflows, address failures, re-run, reach out user if required (300+ Workflows,50+ Data Connections)
• Alteryx server integration with new source systems
• Fulfil user access requests in a timely manner
• Address incidents and work with vendor on troubleshooting
• Perform server validation after monthly OS patching process
• Ensure certificates needed for SSL and other connections as renewed proactively for 3 servers
• Provide assistance in Code promotions and deployments
• Support Alteryx license (Server & Client) renewal process and Transfers
• Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly support activities process GCR nodes, Risk Rate, Tech debt etc
• Perform 1-1 support RITM tickets
• Password Rotation Task
• Working on Change Requests
Work timings – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
