Job description
Qualifications:
- Preferably with at least 3-year accounting experience
- CPA qualification is an advantage
- Can work full-time
- Can work alone and in a team
- Confident with good English communication skills
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and update monthly bank reconciliation file
- Account reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Post receipts, invoices, and payments (supplier and customer)
- Post monthly salary if necessary
- Monitor and reconciliation of fixed assets and depreciation analysis and preparation of month-end closing adjustments
- Analysis and preparation of month-end closing adjustments
- Send monthly reports to the client
- Assist in the preparation of financial and/or management reports
- Shows leadership in business, community, and professional affairs
- Perform accounting related duties or any other tasks which the management would deem necessary
You need to have experience of full cycle of accounting means posting invoices up to generation of reports and also closing and analysis of book.
Previous experience from an accounting firm is a plus
