Purpose of the Role
The Account Supply Responsible (ASR) plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of supply solutions for customer contracts. As a key business partner to the Core 3 team, the ASR is responsible for designing and executing customer-centric, compliant, and risk-mitigated supply chains that align with strategic objectives. From pre-sales through to project closure, the ASR ensures supply chain efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Engagement
- Act as the Supply business partner to the Core 3 team.
- Design optimal Customer/Contract Supply Chains aligned with customer demands, legal requirements, and the Supply Strategy.
- Assess and mitigate supply-related risks early in the sales cycle.
- Execution & Monitoring
- Transition the designed supply chain into execution with operational efficiency.
- Monitor supply chain performance, control inventory, manage escalations, and optimize processes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure full compliance with trade regulations and internal governance.
- Customer Engagement & Delivery
- Support customers in forecasting activities through Key Account S&OP, including documentation of forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
- Guide customer delivery planning, resource assessment, risk mitigation, and budget planning.
- Establish performance metrics and ensure supply chain readiness for launch.
- Closure & Improvement
- Summarize project performance, execute take-back/buy-back opportunities, and drive closure activities.
- Conduct internal improvement initiatives such as value stream mapping and lessons learned analysis.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead virtual teams and manage stakeholders across functions.
- Promote and execute supply strategies while upholding safety and well-being standards.
- Influence decision-making to achieve optimal supply chain outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, strategy, business development, or commercial operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain design, execution, and compliance.
- Skilled in risk assessment, financial analysis, negotiation, and trade compliance.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem solving with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in Turkish is highly merited
